Happiness is a choice

Happiness is a conscious choice of mind. A lot of situations - good and bad - happen in our lives every day, every hour. But it is our own decision how to react to those situations. You can get upset when something bad happens and decide to feel sad and miserable. Or you can look for something that you have learned from the situation, become thankful for that lesson and let go of the situation. And just choose to be happy.
